GET READY TO START DIGGING THROUGH THOSE BINS... WHFR will host its Annual Record Show Saturday, October 12, 2024, in the Student Center Building M of Henry Ford College.

The Record Show features thousands of records, CDs, videos, and other music memorabilia for sale by independent, local, and out-of-state vendors!

7:30am - 9:00am (dealer set up)
9:00am – 10:00am ($10 early admission)
10:00am – 4:00pm ($1-$5 sliding-scale admission)

Many of our favorite vendors will be returning, as well as new vendors, one of which could be you!

The 2024 WHFR Record Show will take place in the Student Center Building M of Henry Ford College, 5101 Evergreen Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128 (see map).

Dealer Info

We’re currently accepting applications for vendors, so if you want to set up shop for one afternoon to sell all that music you have laying around (records, CDs, cassettes, videos, etc.) contact the show organizer using the contact at the bottom of this page.

We can mail you a Vendor Packet, which includes all the info about renting tables (plus a pre-paid return envelope for sending the contract and payment back to us). Vendor Details

General Info

  • 30” x 6’ tables cost $40 for the first, $30 for each additional.
  • We have 70 tables available and will close registration when the tables are sold out.
  • No last-day table purchases.
  • Payment MUST Be received by Sept. 30th or your table will be opened up to other vendors.
  • Vendors are expected to keep their tables open until the end of the show, at 4:00 PM. Please do not pack up early.
  • WHFR will provide tables and chairs. It is OK to use the space under the tables. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table coverings if desired, and transportation of their merchandise. WHFR volunteers will not be available to help move merchandise or prep tables.
  • There is no charge for electricity; however, you must bring your own extension cords and multi-outlet adapters.
  • Feel free to allow customers to sample music at your tables, but please be courteous to your neighbors and do not play loud music continually throughout the day.
  • There is NO SMOKING allowed inside before, during, or after the show, or within 50 feet of any HFC building entrance. Vaping and alcohol are not allowed on the campus.
  • Each dealer is allowed to have a few helpers get in free: two helpers for the first table, and one helper per each additional table. If you have more helpers than that, they will have to pay the regular admission to get in.
  • There is a $1-$5 sliding scale admission charge for the general public.

The Nitty-Gritty

  • Neither WHFR, Henry Ford College, nor WHFR/HFC associates will be held liable due to personal injury, merchandise/property damage, or loss due to activities of participating vendors, attendees, or other persons arising at the WHFR Record Show. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise, declaration of sales tax, and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Individual vendors are responsible for their own sales, quality of merchandise, and customer satisfaction. Neither WHFR, Henry Ford College, nor WHFR/HFC associates makes any guarantees regarding sales and/or representations by/for/of individual vendors.
  • In the unlikely event that this year’s Record Show is cancelled, vendors will receive a 100% refund for all payments submitted by September 30th.
