Today, she is the President and Producer of MakeMagic Productions in Las Angeles, CA, where she is in the pre-production stages of a film about the life and work of the late Dr. John Mack of Harvard University and the trials and tribulations that he went through in an attempt to convince his colleagues (and the world at large) that alien abduction is a real phenomenon to be dealt with on the professional level.
WHFR at Dearborn's Annual Homecoming Festival Friday Aug 1 - Sunday Aug 3
Come by the WHFR tent at the 35th Annual Dearborn Homecoming festival. Homecoming takes place at Ford Field in West Dearborn off of Monroe Street north of Michigan Ave. WHFR's tent is across from the Carnival area near the covered bridge. WHFR has lots of purged CDs and LPs for a $1 donation each plus 45s 2 for $1. There will be logo items for sale as well. WHFR will be breaking in during the normal broadcast throughout to weekend to update everyone on events taking place at Homecoming. Stop by the WHFR tent anytime between 11am and 8pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. WHFR at Concert of Colors Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13
WHFR will be at 22nd Annual Concert of Colors Festival on Saturday July 12 and Sunday July 13. WHFR will be broadcasting acts performing on the Diversity Stage in the Music Box of the Max M. Fischer Music Center located at 3711 Woodward in Detroit’s Midtown area. We will also have a table passing out WHFR information and have a limited amout of WHFR merchandise for sale. Tuesday Forum, 7-1-14, 1-2 PM: We Are Not Alone
Our host David Twichell welcomes Yvonne Smith, a certified hypnotherapist who has practiced since 1990, dealing mainly with victims of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. Early on in her career, she discovered that many of her patients, while under hypnosis, reported bazaar incidents of alien abductions which closely mirrored the experiences of her other patients. Today, she is regarded as one of the most respected practitioners in this field, a consultant for many documentaries on the subject, and a lecturer about it all over the world.
