Cheryl Costa is a native and resident of upstate New York who has been interested in UFOs since age 12 when she witnessed her first UFO. A military veteran, she’s a retired information security professional from the aerospace Industry. She’s been a speaker at the International UFO Congress and at the MUFON Symposium. Cheryl writes the UFO column “New York Skies” for SyracuseNewTimes.com. For the past four years she has written articles about historical UFO sightings in New York, UFO Statistics, Disclosure and other Ufology topics.

Many of you have been asking about arrangements that might be pending to honor the life of Lynn Grunst. We heard from her family today that a memorial service will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Dearborn on Wednesday, December 27th. (21915 Beech St, Dearborn, MI 48124). Visitation starts at 10:30 am and the service will begin at 11:00 am. If you can attend, we'd like to try and have our WHFR family sit together, so look for other members if you're comfortable with that. It is with a very heavy heart that we share the news that our own WHFR DJ and long time host of "No Boys Aloud", former Program Director, and coordinator of the annual Festival of Enlightenment Holistic Fair Lynn Grunst passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 12th after a brief illness. We are deeply shocked and saddened at this terrible loss to not only our WHFR family, but to the community and our world at large.

Our guest today is the honorable Paul Hellyer, former minister of defense for Canada in the 1960s. Mr. Hellyer was the first person of Cabinet rank to make the statement “UFOs are as real as the airplanes over head.” He has written several books, mostly of a political and financial nature, however his latest two books are “The Money Mafia: A World in Crisis” and “Light at the End of the Tunnel: A Survival Plan for the Human Species” both dealing with UFOs and extraterrestrial species.
