WHFR is turning 40 years old, and we’re celebrating with a special Alumni Reunion Live Broadcast!
Former WHFR DJs, staff, and volunteers from the past four decades will join us for an evening of music, memories, and on-air magic. They'll be back on HFC's airwaves, sharing stories from their time at WHFR, and will bring a few favorite tracks from their show days to spin live on the air!
The live reunion will re-air all day on WHFR’s official birthday—December 20, 2025, along with other special archival moments and tributes from our history.
This will be a night to remember — celebrating 40 years of independent radio, community voices, and the people who made it all possible, so be sure to tune in locally at 89.3 on your FM dial, or listen from anywhere via our online streamer.
