As "Motor Live Drive @ 5" celebrates it's third anniversary showcasing local bands live in the WHFR studio, we are very excited with the upcoming schedule! Heating up the airwaves on Thursday, February 4th at 5:00 pm, the rock band Phang will be performing their debut CD "Princess Magma". And joining the team February 11th, the three-piece garage band Ruggs will be shaking things up. Bill Konkolesky discusses the interworkings of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as well as his new book "Experiencer: Raised in Two Worlds". The State Director for Michigan MUFON has been featured on SciFi’s "Abduction Diaries" and Peter Jennings’ "Seeing is Believing". He has been a guest on numerous radio shows and lecturer on the alien-abduction phenomenon. Join us 1pm Tuesday to learn what it is like to live in this reality, while enduring occasional visits from another.
Gabe Dodson is the singer/songwriter for Old Empire. Evoking everything from Motown, to 60’s surf rock, traditional country and NYC new wave, Old Empire's music spans the breadth of American pop.
