Donald Schmitt is David's guest this month.

Mr. Schmitt is the former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies where he served as Director of Special Investigations for 10 years. He graduated cum laude from Concordia University with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is the author of dozens of articles about UFOs, as well as the co-author of three best-selling books including a newly updated version of "Witness to Roswell."

Showtime's movie "ROSWELL", Golden-Globe-nominated best TV movie, was based on his first book.

"The Flash Drive" Jazz Show on WHFR

WHFR and "The Flash Drive Jazz Show", with your host Marc Anthony, which airs every Monday night from 12am - 2am, would like to thank you for your support and listenership. A special thanks to Marvin Jones of the Marvin Jones Trio of Detroit for providing such wonderful jazz music. We'd also like to thank Detroit's own Jstokes for providing some wonderful Jazzy vocal music as well. Every Monday night at midnight, you can enjoy a great variety of traditional, mainstream, big band standards and jazzy vocals for a very nice blend of relaxing music to wind down your Monday night.

"We Are Not Alone" THIS Tuesday

Listen in as host David Twichell speaks with Corina Saebels, author of The Collectors. Corina claims to have been an alien abductee since childhood and now the phenomenon has carried over to her children.
Skeptics claim that the abduction phenomenon is nothing more than "sleep paralysis". This explanation cannot account for abductions that occur in broad daylight and are witnessed by third parties. Nor does it explain physical evidence substantiated by professional physicians.

Live Blues Benefit For WHFR TONIGHT

Lemon James on "Motor" this Thursday

This Thursday, November 5th, Lemon James and her band will perform on Motor Live Drive @ 5.
Lemon has been a loyal supporter of WHFR and will be one of the featured artists along with Broken Arrow Blues Band and Carl Henry at the WHFR Fall Benefit Concert this Saturday at the New Place Lounge in Dearborn. So keep your radio tuned to WHFR Thursday at 5pm for a live in-house concert heard only on the station "Making Waves"... where we don't just talk about supporting local music, we do it.
