"The Motor City Brass Band" On "Saturday Spontaneity" -- 2pm-4pm Saturday, October 16

How "Sweet" it is when Ernie Richards and Craig Strain join hosts Lynn and Bobby Breeze on tomorrow's "Saturday Spontaneity".

The award-winning band was established in 1996 by John Aren, a Salvation Army officer and former member of the National Champion Illinois Brass Band. With musical director Craig Strain at the helm as conductor, arranger, and composer for the group since its inception, MCBB is ranked among the top ten competition bands in North America. The band performs in a variety of venues throughout the year in a wide range of musical styles from classical to jazz, pop to sacred.

Learn about this dynamic group's charity work, work with youth, and the annual "Horns & Howls" concert on Sunday, October 24. Concertgoers are encouraged to attend this event in costume!

For a great way to spend your Sweetest Day afternoon, tune in tomorrow at 2pm when we strike up the band!
